Ralph Vituccio, independent filmmaker and faculty at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center and at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, talks about his two noteworthy films: “In Service” with poignant personal stories of Iraq veterans who have returned home after deployment; and “Shipbreakers” about the lives of workers in mammoth shipbreaking yards in Alang, India and Brownsville, Texas.
